About 100 people rallied outside City Hall on Monday, April 9th, to protest the pending eviction of artists and filmmakers Christopher Reyes and Sarah Fleming from their home at 1 S. Main. “This rally was organized because we could not stand by silently as our friends and fellow artists were so ruthlessly mistreated by the new owners of the Madison, Aparium Hotel Group,” said Joann Self Selvidge of Memphis Women in Film, who organized the rally.
